I’m Deena Serna and I'm a proud Pocatello native who recently returned home to serve the community where I was born and raised. My professional background started in the medical field, first as a Medical Assistant, and later in Medical Coding and Billing, where I honed my organizational skills, attention to detail, and care for others. In 2020, I made a career shift into real estate while living in Colorado, and quickly found success by building strong relationships and guiding clients confidently through the buying and selling process.

After living in Colorado and Florida, my family and I felt called back to Southeast Idaho to put down roots once again. With my deep knowledge of the Pocatello area and experience in multiple markets, I’m able to provide valuable insight whether you’re a first-time homebuyer, relocating, or preparing to sell. I’m known for my personalized approach, clear communication, and commitment to making every client feel supported from start to finish. Outside of real estate, my husband, Bobby, and I stay busy keeping up with our two young boys, who are the center of our world. Family time, travel, and making memories are priorities for us. With my Egyptian heritage and a lifelong love of travel, I bring a global perspective and genuine curiosity to the people I meet with qualities my clients appreciate just as much as my professionalism and dedication.
